Hayabusa Cloud Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) handles personal information it acquires in compliance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines on personal information protection, and all other applicable laws and regulations.
The Company implements appropriate organizational, physical, human, and technical measures for personal information protection and takes necessary and appropriate measures for security management of personal information to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal information handled by the Company.
The Company observes the following requirements regarding the acquisition, use, and provision of personal information.
(1) Personal Information Acquisition
Personal information provided to the Company through contact forms, material request forms, or email on our website is handled in accordance with the personal information protection policy below.
“Personal information” refers to information — such as name, age, telephone number, email address, address, or workplace — that can identify an individual, either on its own or in combination with other information.
(2) Purpose of Use of Personal Information
The Company does not use acquired personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the following purposes, except as permitted by law or with the consent of the individual.
(a) Various communications to provide services that meet customer requirements.
(b) Communications to respond to inquiries received from customers.
(c) For recruitment screening, employment management, internal procedures and related operations.
(3) Provision of Personal Information
The Company does not provide personal information acquired with individual consent to third parties without the prior consent of the individual, except as permitted by law. When an individual requests disclosure, correction, addition, or deletion of personal information, or notification of the purpose of use, the Company will handle such requests in accordance with applicable laws and respond appropriately to any opinions or consultations.

However, this does not apply when the change falls within a scope reasonably considered to be related to the original purpose of use, provided the revised purpose is announced in advance.
When the Company outsources all or part of personal information handling to third parties, it thoroughly examines their qualifications and provides necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure the security of the outsourced personal information.
The Company conducts inspections of personal information handling, management systems, and initiatives, and continuously improves and reviews them.
When personal information is no longer necessary in light of its purpose of use, the Company deletes or destroys it using methods appropriate to prevent external leakage, within the limits necessary for business operations.
