Applicable Cases: When you wish to evaluate technical feasibility before proceeding to full development, we conduct minimal development for technical verification over 3 months
Pricing: $60,000 USD
If the technical verification development is expected to exceed 3 person-months in scope, please consult separately.
In technical verification, the deliverables are not intended for production-quality service. Due to simplified design/architecture or temporary implementations, some or all deliverables may not be reusable in main development.

We retain copyright for the following items and do not transfer them to customers:
(1) Copyright, patent rights, know-how, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights already owned by us before the contract start date
(2) General algorithms, data structures, programming techniques, design patterns, and other technically versatile components
(3) Technologies already in the public domain, industry standard technologies, components based on open source software, and implementation methods that must be adopted due to technical necessity
For items not covered above, we provide non-exclusive licenses to customers within the scope necessary for using our proprietary software.
