- We maintain our own low-level libraries and draw on them to avoid re-solving problems we have already worked through.
- We tailor low-level customization and optimization to your requirements and the concrete characteristics of your system.
- We work inside your existing team and workflow, and the code we write stays with you to read, own, and extend.
- Our open source systems software is published at code.hybscloud.com, so you can read our code and judge how we work before engaging us.

Contractor Service
- Standard hourly rate: USD $100
- Workload: 1–5 days per week (flexible scheduling available)
- Work location: Remote from Japan or on-site in the Greater Tokyo Area
- Timezone: JST (UTC+9). We can adjust our working hours to accommodate meetings across time zones.

About Software Copyright and IP Transfer
We retain the following rights and do not transfer them to clients:
- (1) Copyrights, patent rights, know-how, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights that we already own prior to the contract start date
- (2) General algorithms, data structures, programming techniques, design patterns, and other technically reusable components
- (3) Technologies already in the public domain, industry-standard technologies, and implementation methods that must be adopted due to technical necessity
For items not covered above, we grant clients a non-exclusive license to use our proprietary software to the extent necessary for the agreed business purposes.

- We are a qualified invoice issuer under Japan’s Qualified Invoice System.
- VAT number: T5011001149663
- Other certificates are available upon request, including a Certificate of Residence in Japan.
