Service Plans and Pricing

(1) Custom Development Plan

  • Pricing: Individually estimated based on project complexity, scope, and duration
  • Reference rate: USD $110 per person-hour
  • Warranty: If defects attributable to us are found within 6 months after delivery, we will correct them free of charge.
  • For long-term projects, we may propose phased development and delivery under separate milestone-based contracts.

(2) Technical Feasibility Plan (PoC)

  • Use case: When you want to verify technical feasibility before full-scale development, we perform focused implementation for technical validation over a period of up to three months.
  • Pricing: USD $37,500
  • If the expected effort for technical validation exceeds three person-months, please contact us for a separate estimate.
  • Deliverables from technical validation are not intended for production use. Because this phase may use simplified architecture or temporary implementations, some or all outputs may not be reusable in the main development phase.

(3) Joint Development Plan

  • We are a specialized technology company focused on fundamental technologies such as real-time communication. For large-scale product development that requires broader capabilities, we work with partner companies in Japan and China to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Service model: We are responsible for core components such as real-time communication, while collaborating with partner companies on the rest of the project.
  • Terms: Determined individually based on project size and scope.

(4) Contractor Services

  • Use case: Projects that require a very high degree of flexibility.
  • Hourly rate: USD $110
  • Workload: 1–5 days per week (flexible scheduling available)
  • Work location: Remote from Japan or on-site in the Greater Tokyo Area
  • Timezone: JST (UTC+09:00). We can adjust our working hours to accommodate meetings regardless of timezone differences.
  • Warranty: When we act as the technical decision-maker on the project for deliverables created directly by us, if defects attributable to us are found within 6 months after delivery, we will correct them free of charge.

(5) Warranty Extension Option

  • Use case: When you wish to extend the warranty period for deliverables in custom development projects.
  • This option extends the free correction period for defects attributable to us beyond the standard 6-month warranty period after delivery.
  • Pricing: 1% of the total deliverable amount per month of extension
  • Maximum extension period: Up to 24 months

We retain the following rights and do not transfer them to clients:

  • (1) Copyrights, patent rights, know-how, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights that we already own prior to the contract start date
  • (2) General algorithms, data structures, programming techniques, design patterns, and other technically reusable components
  • (3) Technologies already in the public domain, industry-standard technologies, and implementation methods that must be adopted due to technical necessity

For items not covered above, we grant clients a non-exclusive license to use our proprietary software to the extent necessary for the agreed business purposes.
